It’s not even news at this point — Ray-Ban Wayfarers have taken over New York City. It’s past tense. The glasses came, were worn, and are now commonplace. Hipsters, meatpacking types, upper east side yachting kids — everyone sports these glasses. Although this couple came all the way from Savannah, Georgia, they knew exactly how to fit in. I would have walked past them, same as the other million-odd Ray-Ban wearers, if they weren’t two of my best friends and founders of New Moon of Savannah, of course.
